Organizational Development

Facilitated planning sessions for organizations that clarify their purpose and develop achievable steps to realize their vision. From 2014-22, 86 organizations received programming and 74 responded to a year-end follow-up evaluation. As a result of Professor Paul Roback’s facilitation:

96% agreed that their organization had been strengthened

93% agreed that their organization had been more strategic in fulfilling their mission

96% agreed that their organization had an increased capacity to address community issues and opportunities

Facilitated workshops that encouraged participants to envision an ideal future for their community and to think strategically on how they will achieve these aspirations.
